Kuk Sool Won
Who are we? We are a family run martial arts school promoting family values and the qualities of martial arts excellence.
What do we do? We teach effective and varied self-defence skills and the values of respect, courtesy, and self-discipline. We pride ourselves on providing high energy and enjoyable classes whilst teaching the amazing spectrum of the Korean martial arts.
What are classes like? A typical class will involve a warm-up through games, cardiovascular and muscle building exercises followed by martial arts drills (kicking, punching, break falls, acrobatics and more) before going on to the more technical aspects of martial arts training.
Sweet Result Fitness
Sweet Result Fitness began with one Kettlercise class in Weston Super Mare, and we are so proud to now be offering more than 20 weekly classes as well as all our fantastic events and courses.
Mark started attending group exercise classes and going to the gym four years ago, as a way to keep fit after giving up horse riding. After enjoying the classes, he began training to be an instructor. Mark is now qualified to teach a range of classes including Kettlercise.
Mark started SRF with a class in a local hall, as he wanted to offer the opportunity to exercise in the community, a change from the normal gym environment. Since then the business has grown, and we have a great team of instructors on board teaching in a number of venues.
Poppets and Petals
Poppets and Petals host a baby group every Friday, 10-1pm at Haywood village school.
Haywood Village WI
We formed in October 2016 to support and build upon the flourishing Haywood Village community spirit.

Tea and Toast Church
We are a community-based Church located at Haywood Village in Weston Super Mare. Everyone is welcome to join us, wherever you may be on your spiritual journey. We hope you will find us friendly, authentic and committed to a faith in Jesus that is relevant to everyday life.
